This policy explains how Fiytt: Run Territory collects, uses, and shares information in the mobile app.

1. Information We Collect

We collect account details, profile information, feedback, GPS location while a run is active, running distance, pace, duration, routes, territory events, device information, usage data, and crash reports.

2. Use and Sharing

We operate and improve territory mapping, leaderboards, and competitions; personalize content; communicate updates and support; and address abuse. We do not sell personal information. Limited sharing supports public leaderboards, hosting, analytics, support, legal requirements, and business transfers.

3. Location, Retention, and Security

You can disable location permissions, but territory capture and route tracking will be limited. We retain data while your account is active or needed to provide the App. We use encryption in transit and at rest but cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Rights and Contact

Depending on jurisdiction, you may access, correct, delete, port, or restrict data and withdraw consent. The App is not intended for children under 13. Contact connect@safitware.com.
