These Terms govern use of the Fiytt: Run Territory mobile app. By downloading or using it, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13; users under 18 need parent or guardian consent. Keep credentials confidential and registration information accurate.
2. App Use and Prohibited Conduct
The App is for personal, non-commercial run tracking, territory capture, leaderboards, and competitions. Do not break the law, spoof location, use bots, access accounts, harass users, reverse-engineer the App, or use it while driving.
3. Territories and Location
Scoring, boundaries, rules, and mechanics may change. Virtual territories confer no real-world ownership. Location services are required; prioritize safety.
4. Content and Liability
Fiytt owns or licenses App content. You retain user-content ownership but grant a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it in the App. The App is provided as-is; liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Termination and Contact
We may suspend or terminate access. Changes are notified through the App or email. Contact connect@safitware.com.
